2025 Titleholders
Ava Naomi Brisko is excited and honored to be your Miss San Antonio Teen 2025. She is from a military family, but has called San Antonio home, her whole life. She attends John Paul Stevens High School in Northside ISD where she is a junior and The Falcon Feature Twirler. Ava Naomi is an honor roll student and is a competitive baton twirler who belongs to a local team, The Heart of Texas Twirlers. She holds local, state, regional, and national titles.
Along with being a full-time student in high school, she is also a part-time college student attending Northwest Vista College where she intends to complete her associate’s degree. Ava Naomi’s goals after high school are to attend medical school where she plans to become a sports medicine physician to work with professional athletes.
Her platform is titled Perfectly Imperfect. She hopes to educate her community of the negative impacts from social media about teenage mental health. Her goal is to reach students and instill a positive body image at the secondary school level. She will be working with local schools and organizations to spread her message.
In her spare time, she loves to hang out with friends, read books and listen to music. Ava Naomi also enjoys going to the gym. She is mindful that having a healthy lifestyle is very important to maintain the activities she is involved in so she is able to perform at her fullest potential. This also helps her keep a positive mindset and feel her best day to day.
Ava Naomi is excited to represent her city this upcoming year. She is dedicated to making a difference in her community.

Ava Brisko
Tirzah is honored to wear the title of the city she has called home all her life. She graduated from Communications Arts High School in Northside ISD. She is currently a medical student at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and her Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Morehouse School of Medicine.
Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, Tirzah is particularly interested in Women’s
health, and aspires to be an OBGYN or Urogynecologist. Her platform is titled Spilling the
T.E.A. on Health Diversity. She aims to bridge the gap between health care providers and
patients by advocating for the importance of diversity in healthcare.
Outside of her studies, she enjoys volunteering, traveling and spending time with family. She
loves spending time outdoors bike riding and roller skating on the local trails which help
maintain a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle. With a bright future ahead, Tirzah is committed
to representing this city to the best of her ability.
